Thank you for shopping with Polished. Every order is carefully prepared and shipped with love from our studio.

Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, sales), processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping typically takes:

  • Standard (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Priority (U.S.): 1–3 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (times may vary by destination)

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed. Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on orders over a certain amount (check our banner for current offers)

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade, personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at polishedhairproducts@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation
