Thank you for shopping with Polished Hair Products. We strive to deliver your handcrafted products with care, accuracy, and in a timely manner. Below you will find details about our shipping process, rates, and expectations.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • During new launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order is processed.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, delivery method, and location.

  • Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotional periods.

Local Pickup (If Applicable)

  • At this time, we do not offer in-person pickup. All orders are shipped via our carriers.

Delays & Lost Packages

  • Once your package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

  • We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at thepolishedhairproducts@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging/products.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.
